An Artificial Intelligence project applying classical knowledge-based systems methodology — knowledge acquisition, taxonomy construction, ontology design (METHONTOLOGY), rule-based inference, and fuzzy logic to reduce false positives in bug report triage for an e-commerce platform.
Objective: Determine which real failures correspond to actual software/application malfunctions in a supermarket e-commerce platform, as opposed to issues caused by the user's device configuration.
I contributed as the domain expert consulted during the knowledge acquisition process, drawing on real-world QA/e-commerce troubleshooting experience, and collaborated on the taxonomy, ontology, and rule definitions with my teammates.
All case scenarios presented are fictional and illustrative (not real client data).
